  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolatey Dreams
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. corn flour or starch
  • 6 Tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the coating and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until well combined.
  4. Mix in the Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolatey Dreams.
  5. Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until well combined.
  6. Pour in 1/3 of the flour with the cinnamon, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and corn flour to mix together.
  7. Add 1/3 of flour and mix again.
  8. Add the rest of the flour and mix again.
  9. Separate the cookie mix into balls, then roll them in the coating. After coating them, line them inches apart on the baking sheet.
  10. Bake for about 10 minutes.
  11. Transfer the cookies onto a wire rack to cool. Enjoy!
