Ingredients
Cookies
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolatey Dreams
- 1 large egg
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. corn flour or starch
- 6 Tbsp. cocoa powder
Coating
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon for the coating and set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugars until well combined.
- Mix in the Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolatey Dreams.
- Add the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and mix until well combined.
- Pour in 1/3 of the flour with the cinnamon, baking soda, cream of tartar, salt and corn flour to mix together.
- Add 1/3 of flour and mix again.
- Add the rest of the flour and mix again.
- Separate the cookie mix into balls, then roll them in the coating. After coating them, line them inches apart on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 10 minutes.
- Transfer the cookies onto a wire rack to cool. Enjoy!
