  • 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 Tbsp. Skinnygirl™ Sugar Free Preserves – Strawberry
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 8 oz. lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust (can substitute with gluten-free crust)


  1. With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, Skinnygirl Preserves and lemon juice on low speed for about 2 minutes or until combined.
  2. Gently fold in whipped topping until blended.
  3. Pour mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust.
  4. Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
