Ingredients
- 8 oz. reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 Tbsp. Skinnygirl™ Sugar Free Preserves – Strawberry
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 8 oz. lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust (can substitute with gluten-free crust)
Directions
- With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, Skinnygirl Preserves and lemon juice on low speed for about 2 minutes or until combined.
- Gently fold in whipped topping until blended.
- Pour mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
