Blue Raspberry Pie


  • 1 pre-made graham cracker pie crust
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry jam
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. berry-flavored gelatin, we used Jell-O Berry Blue
  • 2/3 cup Sparkling Ice + Caffeine Blue Raspberry with enough ice cubes added to bring the volume to 1 cup
  • 1 cup boiling water

Optional Topping
  • 1 tub of whipped topping, thawed


  1. Mix jam with berries and spread onto the bottom on the prepared pie crust.
  2. Bring water to a boil and pour over flavored gelatin mix. Stir to fully dissolve.
  3. Add Sparkling Ice and ice cubes to cool gelatin mixture.
  4. Fold in the whipped topping.
  5. Pour filling on top of jam mixture in pie crust and place the pie in freezer for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  6. Spread whipped topping over the pie and serve.
