Aloha Quinoa Power Balls

Add a power boost to that pesky midday slump with these protein-packed quinoa balls loaded with the irresistible tropical flavors of coconut and pineapple.

  • 1 bag Success® Tri-Color Quinoa
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped dried pineapple


  1. Prepare quinoa according to package directions. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. Pulse together dates, cashews, protein powder, coconut oil and honey in a food processor until well blended. Add quinoa, shredded coconut and pineapple; pulse until well combined.
  3. Roll mixture into sixteen 1-inch balls. Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until set.

Roll each ball in shredded coconut or finely chopped cashews to add more texture and flavor.
