5 Minute Bruschetta Hummus
Ingredients
Bruschetta
- 1 heaping cup diced cherry tomatoes (halved if small, quartered if large)
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
For Serving
- 1 container Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus
- Sliced and toasted baguette, pita bread and/or crackers
- Sliced cucumbers
- Baby carrots
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Stir to combine.
- Top hummus with bruschetta mixture and serve with choice of baguette, pita bread, crackers, cucumbers and/or carrots. Enjoy!
Note
The Bruschetta mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in a sealed container in the fridge until ready to serve. The flavors meld wonderfully as time goes on.
