5 Minute Bruschetta Hummus


  • 1 heaping cup diced cherry tomatoes (halved if small, quartered if large)
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. balsamic vinegar

For Serving
  • 1 container Sabra Roasted Pine Nut Hummus
  • Sliced and toasted baguette, pita bread and/or crackers
  • Sliced cucumbers
  • Baby carrots


  1. In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar. Stir to combine.
  2. Top hummus with bruschetta mixture and serve with choice of baguette, pita bread, crackers, cucumbers and/or carrots. Enjoy!

The Bruschetta mixture can be made ahead of time and stored in a sealed container in the fridge until ready to serve. The flavors meld wonderfully as time goes on.
