  • 1-3/4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 cup Skinnygirl™ Sugar Free Preserves – Raspberry
  • 2/3 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1-1/3 cups coarsely chopped nuts (almonds and pecans)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper with enough overhang on the sides to easily remove the bars from the pan. Set aside.
  2. Using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, combine ingredients except Skinnygirl Preserves.
  3. Transfer half the mixture to a prepared baking pan and press very firmly into an even layer. Spread Skinnygirl Preserves evenly over mixture. Top with remaining mixture, pressing firmly.
  4. Bake for 33 to 35 minutes or until the top appears set and golden brown around the edges.
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the pan set on a wire rack for at least 1 hour.
  6. Remove from the pan using the overhang on the sides and cut into bars.
