Ingredients
- 1-3/4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 cup Skinnygirl™ Sugar Free Preserves – Raspberry
- 2/3 cup almond meal
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1-1/3 cups coarsely chopped nuts (almonds and pecans)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper with enough overhang on the sides to easily remove the bars from the pan. Set aside.
- Using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon, combine ingredients except Skinnygirl Preserves.
- Transfer half the mixture to a prepared baking pan and press very firmly into an even layer. Spread Skinnygirl Preserves evenly over mixture. Top with remaining mixture, pressing firmly.
- Bake for 33 to 35 minutes or until the top appears set and golden brown around the edges.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely in the pan set on a wire rack for at least 1 hour.
- Remove from the pan using the overhang on the sides and cut into bars.
