Keto Fried Chicken Tenders
Enjoy the Big Game with big flavors, without the carbs!
Ingredients
- 1 cup (2.5 oz. bag) crushed 4505 Chicharrones Pork Rinds
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken thighs or breast tenders
- 2 whole beaten eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
Directions
- Preheat fryer to 350°F.
- Pulse 4505 Chicharrones Pork Rinds in food processor or blender until rinds are the consistency of panko breadcrumbs.
- Season panko with salt and pepper to taste (optional).
- Combine panko and almond flour. Divide into two bowls.
- Beat eggs and water in a bowl.
- Coat seasoned chicken in panko, egg wash and then panko again.
- Fry until golden brown and fully cooked at 165°F internal temperature.
- Pair with favorite dip and enjoy!
