Keto Fried Chicken Tenders

Enjoy the Big Game with big flavors, without the carbs!


  • 1 cup (2.5 oz. bag) crushed 4505 Chicharrones Pork Rinds
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 pkg. boneless skinless chicken thighs or breast tenders
  • 2 whole beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup cold water


  1. Preheat fryer to 350°F.
  2. Pulse 4505 Chicharrones Pork Rinds in food processor or blender until rinds are the consistency of panko breadcrumbs.
  3. Season panko with salt and pepper to taste (optional).
  4. Combine panko and almond flour. Divide into two bowls.
  5. Beat eggs and water in a bowl.
  6. Coat seasoned chicken in panko, egg wash and then panko again.
  7. Fry until golden brown and fully cooked at 165°F internal temperature.
  8. Pair with favorite dip and enjoy!
