Cape Cod Chips with Gorgonzola & Green Onions


  • 1 cup sliced green onions
  • 4 oz. crumbled Gorgonzola (or other bleu cheese)
  • 8 oz. bag Original Cape Cod Potato Chips


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour half of the chips into an oven-safe baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the cheese and green onions. Add the rest of the chips and sprinkle with the remaining cheese and green onions. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
