Easy Buffalo Chicken Dip


  • 1 whole rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 8 oz. full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Primal Kitchen Mayo
  • 1 bottle Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce

  • 2 stalks green onion, chopped
  • Blue cheese crumbles


  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Using your hands, remove all the meat from the rotisserie chicken and shred into small pieces. Place chicken meat in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add softened cream cheese and mix with a spoon to combine.
  4. Pour Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce over the mixture and add Primal Kitchen Mayo. Mix until thoroughly combined.
  5. Scoop the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish lightly greased with Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Spray.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Top with optional blue cheese crumbles and green onions, if desired
  7. Serve with an assortment of celery and carrot sticks, pretzels, or potato chips. Enjoy!
