  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/2 large yellow onion, grated
  • 4-5 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 tsp. Weber Garlic Parmesan seasoning
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 4 ciabatta buns, toasted
  • 8-9 fresh basil leaves, cut into ribbons
  • 3/4 cup of tomato sauce


  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, yellow onion, garlic cloves and parmesan cheese. Form into four equal patties.
  2. Heat a cast iron pan on medium-high heat and season patties generously with Weber Garlic Parmesan seasoning. Once hot, cook patties for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  3. Top each patty with 1 slice of mozzarella cheese during the last minute of cooking and allow it to melt.
  4. Top with tomato sauce and basil and serve on a toasted ciabatta bun.
