Butter Chicken Naan Pizza with Cilantro Chutney


Cilantro Chutney
  • 3 cups cilantro leaves
  • 1-2 green chili peppers (adjust for desired heat level, deseed for lower heat)
  • 2-3 medium garlic cloves
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2-4 Tbsp. cold water (use as little as possible)
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 cup plain whole milk yogurt

  • Stonefire Garlic Naan
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • Cilantro chutney


Cilantro Chutney
  1. Add cilantro, chili peppers, garlic, ginger, cumin, salt, black pepper, sugar, and lemon juice to blender. Blend while slowly adding water just to emulsify, don’t thin it out too much. Fold in yogurt.

Butter Chicken Naan Pizza
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Heat Saffron Road Butter Chicken Frozen Dinner according to instructions on box. Spread over Stonefire Garlic Naan. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and sliced red onion. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and edges of the naan are crispy. Remove from oven, drizzle with cilantro chutney, slice and serve.
