Americana Burger
  • 12 oz. pkg. Impossible™ Ground Beef Meat From Plants
  • 3 brioche buns
  • 3 leaves butter lettuce
  • Dill pickle chips
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 6 onion slices
  • 3 slices American cheese

Americana Sauce
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sriracha
  • 2 Tbsp. minced pepperoncini
  • 2 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. dill pickle relish
  • Salt & pepper


Americana Sauce
  1. Combine all ingredients and whisk together until well incorporated. Use as desired in your burger build. *Make it 100% plant based by using plant-based mayo.

Americana Burger
  1. Divide Impossible Ground Beef into 4 burger patties. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Add a slice of cheese on top and cover until the cheese has melted. *Make it 100% plant-based with plant-based cheese.
  2. Lightly toast the burger buns, and then add a layer of the Americana sauce. Top with the burger, lettuce, tomato, onion, and dill pickle chips.
  3. Makes four Impossible cheeseburgers, or two delicious double Impossible cheeseburgers.
