- 1 Simek’s Lasagna
- 32 oz. beef broth
- Shredded mozzarella for topping (optional)
- Thaw lasagna by cooking in microwave for 4 minutes or until able to cut with a knife. Cut into 1-inch slices and place in crockpot.
- Cover with beef broth.
- Cook on high for 2 hours or until heated through.
- Top with shredded mozzarella if desired.
