Halloween Guacamole Dip


  • 4 Avocados from Mexico, seeded, peeled
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice, fresh
  • 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 Tbsp. red onion, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. jalapeño, fresh, seeded, minced
  • 1 1/2 cup Roma tomato, small, fresh, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. cilantro, fresh, fine chopped
  • 1/4 cup Hot Cheetos, crushed
  • 1/4 cup sour cream, prepared
  • 2 plastic toy spiders


  1. Remove stem from avocado.
  2. Cut avocado in half from top to bottom.
  3. Twist one half of the avocado and pull two halves apart.
  4. Remove pit from avocado.
  5. Scoop out the pulp from the avocado and place into a large bowl.
  6. In a large bowl, gently mash the avocados with lime juice and salt.
  7. Gently fold in onions, jalapeños, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  8. Transfer guacamole to a clean container.
  9. Place hot Cheetos around the edges of the guacamole dip.
  10. Place sour cream in a pastry bag, using a small fine tip.
  11. Decorate spider webs on top, using a toothpick to fine tune and spread webs.
  12. Place plastic spider onto the spider web as desired.
  13. Serve as needed with tortilla chips and veggies.
