  • 1 Tbsp. Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Seasoning, Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix
  • 1 bottle Hidden Valley® Original Ranch®
  • 8 chicken tenders or 2 boneless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
  • 1 large red pepper, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 24 (1-inch) pieces
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 wooden skewers, soaked for at least 20 minutes


  1. On each skewer, thread ingredients in the following order: chicken, red pepper, green pepper, red onion, then repeat two more times. Brush with olive oil on all sides and sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix.
  2. Prepare the grill for cooking over medium heat. Grill the skewers for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is no longer pink inside. Serve immediately with a side of Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing.
