Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 1 (7.2 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Nantucket™ Crispy Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies
  • 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles

Directions

  1. Spread about 1/2 cup ice cream onto each of the 4 cookies. Top with the remaining cookies.
  2. Dip the edges of the sandwiches into the sprinkles. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
Tips
  1. You can substitute your favorite flavor ice cream or frozen yogurt for the chocolate.
  2. After freezing, wrap the sandwiches individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 1 month for a fast, fun-to-eat treat.
