Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches

Ingredients
- 1 pint chocolate ice cream, softened
- 1 (7.2 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm® Nantucket™ Crispy Dark Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles
Directions
- Spread about 1/2 cup ice cream onto each of the 4 cookies. Top with the remaining cookies.
- Dip the edges of the sandwiches into the sprinkles. Cover and freeze for 2 hours or until firm.
Tips
- You can substitute your favorite flavor ice cream or frozen yogurt for the chocolate.
- After freezing, wrap the sandwiches individually in plastic wrap and store in the freezer for up to 1 month for a fast, fun-to-eat treat.
