Spicy Sausage & Beer Cheese Dip


  • Snack Factory® Everything Pretzel Crisps
  • 16 oz. pork hot sausage
  • 3/4 cup beer
  • 2 (8 oz.) bars of cream cheese
  • 3-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • Sliced green onions


  1. Cook sausage and drain on a paper towel. Process 2-1/4 cups of cheese, beer, cream cheese, and garlic powder in a food processor. Fold in the sausage and the rest of the shredded cheese, except for a handful.
  2. Spoon this into a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Top with green onions and serve with Everything Pretzel Crisps
