Spicy Sausage & Beer Cheese Dip
Ingredients
- Snack Factory® Everything Pretzel Crisps
- 16 oz. pork hot sausage
- 3/4 cup beer
- 2 (8 oz.) bars of cream cheese
- 3-1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Sliced green onions
Directions
- Cook sausage and drain on a paper towel. Process 2-1/4 cups of cheese, beer, cream cheese, and garlic powder in a food processor. Fold in the sausage and the rest of the shredded cheese, except for a handful.
- Spoon this into a baking dish and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes. Top with green onions and serve with Everything Pretzel Crisps
