Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup Four Sixes Top Hand Hickory BBQ Sauce, divided
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Spice Islands Onion Powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350Ā°F.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, eggs, 1/2 cup Four Sixes Top Hand Hickory BBQ Sauce, salt, and spices.
- Pour 1/4 cup Four Sixes Top Hand Hickory BBQ Sauce into the bottom of a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan spreading evenly to coat the bottom.
- Gently press meatloaf mixture into the loaf pan.
- Pour the remaining 1/4 cup Four Sixes Top Hand Hickory BBQ Sauce evenly over meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160Ā°F.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 5 minutes.
Tip
Line your pan with aluminum foil for easy removal of the meatloaf.
