Butter Chicken

A classic creamy curry prepared using Sharwood's Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.1 oz.) jar Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
  • 2 lbs. chicken breast, diced
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Directions

  1. Simply fry 2 pounds of diced chicken breasts in a little oil until browned.
  2. Add Sharwood’s Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce.
  3. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes until all is cooked through.
  4. Serve with side of rice or naan bread and Sharwood’s Mango Chutney.
  5. Ensure the food is fully cooked and piping hot throughout before serving.
