Blackberry Cooler
Ingredients
- 3-4 oz. Blackberry bublyâ„¢
- 1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- Sprinkle of ground cardamom
- 4 fresh blackberries, muddled
- 1/2 oz. lychee syrup
- Fresh blackberries to garnish
Directions
- Muddle blackberries, and lychee syrup in the bottom of a mixing tin.
- Add ice, sprinkle of cardamom, and grapefruit juice.
- Shake until well chilled.
- Double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
- Top with Blackberry bubly. Garnish & serve.
